I usually opt for the non run recovery option. But I wanted to stretch out the calves with some very gentle running and some exercises. Around the Bay was just perfect this morning - crisp and coll as it has been for a week or so - with the sun rising just after 6.30 with some wispy very scatered clouds and no breeze.
So easy around the Bay with some extra and some stretching. Certainly the calves felt much better at the end. I think a 3 x 3k effort tomorrow all under 12 if possible.
