Still on the speed sessions so wanted to do 2 x 3k and then 5k with a few minutes rest in between. Thought the 3ks would be at 4.20 pace so 13 minutes - but ran 12.36 and 12.14 !!!
Then thought 22.30 for the 5k would be the best expected result (being 4.30 pace) - managed 20.50 (4.10) pace. How suprising.
I will not even think about a 3 hour marathon at the moment but I have 2/3 weeks of these types of session s before I take a 1/2 week taper. Finished with 10k easy for 22 for the day.

That was a great session Ray! Are you sure you ran 6 foot? Canberra's looking good.
