Recovery run 21k @ 5.28

A recovery in the sense that it was shorter than yesterday but not slower. The legs felt okay and I also felt fresh like the about 9 degrees Celsius temp at 5.30am. I know doing this will fatigue me but I also know that whilst I am injury/niggle free I need to put as many k's in my legs as I can at a good firm pace. Well as firm as I cam manage in a very unfit state.
