No sun today - not even a hint.
Sydney was blasted overnight with high winds that continued in the morning. There was the threat of rain but it really never came. Notwithstanding all that I was out and kind of enjoyed meeting the elements mother nature presented this morning.
The run was nothing in particular. Just turning the legs over to get the marathon out of them. Again the Achilles felt less of an issue - probably more wishful thinking than real.

I hope you can get the Achilles problem worked out Eagle it might mean a resurgence for you.
