Same run as last Tuesday and Thursday. The times are moving in the right direction - a 20 second improvement from Thursday. Pleased with the result for just 10 days out from the marathon. Need to just hold the build up now and go into a slight taper. From now on for the taper all shoter distances but with more speed however I maybe tempted to run this again next Tuesday to see if I can go under 60 minutes before the marathon.
