Same course as last Friday and Tuesday of this week. Today, after a hardish session last night, I ran this course in a PB by about 25 seconds but that puts my present condition back to where it was the week before Canberra this year. That was the best condition I was this year so I appear to be now back to where I was at that time.
I now need to manage my training wisely over the next few months to maintain the present fitness and speed which would then give me a great base to start the serious preparation for Canberra 2005.
