Ran with the Striders Marathon Training group last night (as well as a tempo run in the morning) - was an easy outing around the Bay with some Lilyfield Hills as well. Rest day today. Plan to do a 5km time trial tomorrow and expect it to be the fastest or very close to it for the year - this should be the case in the taper before the marathon. A 10km race on Sunday should also produce a good result for the same reason.
