10.6 : 3 x 5k repeats

Third Tuesday in a row that I have done this session. The times are coming down although this week compared to last week they were similar but this week they got faster although by the slightest of margins. Maybe the last one although the same time as last wek felt a litle easier and really that is the aim of this session - not to get faster but to run at about 3.55 pace and no slower AND for each week to feel easier - that is the pace each week becomes easier to maintain. I feel this is happening - splits 19.25, 19.22, 19.18.

Ray, you are a great inspiration to us all. You train so strongly and consistently and never seem to miss a beat. I've got a funny feeling that you may go sub 2:50 at Canberra the way you are training. Stay strong and in one piece and I am sure you will reach your goal.

Great Reps once again Ray. Looks to be getting easier for you if you are holding the same pace for the last 3 weeks. Now it looks like an easy pace for you to run at for the 42.
