8.3 : 3 x 3k : 11:10, 11:00, 11:10

Much bettter than the same session on Tuesday. Just goes to show that sometimes to get faster more running is not needed but a rest. Pushed hard but they all felt 'easy' that is the legs felt light with speed in them.

Yes I am a big fan of rest days when the speed starts to slacken or the legs feel like lead.

Hope you went well at SMC today, was that you I read about trying out different paces? Have to tell us more about that.
