Almost a repeat of yesterday morning. The tide was almost if not full around 6.00am.
Pushed a bit longer an harder with about 14k @ 6.20. Nice an firm. Really a bit much for a recovery week but I feel good. This morning was after a solid 60 minutes cardio last night that is mostly stairs.
I am looking to build well and quickly for some strong marathons in late May through July. My sessions after Canberra in 2008 led up to the 2.58 at Gold Coast. I could not repeat that time but I might just go back to my diary and here to see what I did. Very tempting.
