A beautiful morning around the Bay. A fullest of full moons low in the western sky. The tide near full and so glassy smooth and a light chill in the air that was soon forgotten as the body warmed up.
Nice and steady after yesterday.
Time to rebuild some base with some long steady run for a few weeks. Expect more of the same for while.
