I had planned another 12k run this morning but felt I should have a rest day with the idea of a good 5k tomorrow morning. I guess taking a conservative approach and opting for a shorter higher intensity session with a rest day before. Also apart from the ever present Achilles issues I am absolutely injury free and I want to stay that way.
Time for GC marathon under just 3.30 will be fine under 3.25 would be the best result I could expect.
