I felt okay to start and it stayed that way all the way. The k's just kept clicking by with no problems.
It was almost the same course as last week with a couple of very testing hills at the end. It maybe the longest run I do before Canberra. Pace was about right although a little quicker would have been more pleasing but after yesterday and the humid conditions this morning I will take it.

I think it is the correct pace Ray. 1min/k over marathon goal pace? Nice long run, surprised I didn't see you as the striders were around the balmain area/shores and finished around the bay.
Two great sessions in the weekend - well done.
The reports I am hearing about the humidity tell me that your pacing yesterday was perfect. Will feel wonderful to run in Canberra at 2 degrees after all that effort won't it?
Thanks for your comment on my blog, Ray...Thursday,March 8th 7:00p.m. is the big night!
