Felt very fatigued today - up late because of a late night last night. Really thought I should give it a miss but had an easy 5k warm up then a firm 5k in 21.20 which was the pace I wanted to run but thought it would not happen because of the tiredness. Just goes to show that sometimes the mind and body are not at the same level. Easy 5k warm down.

I totally agree with you.
Lately everytime I have felt bad before I a race I do well and vice versa. Definitely have to sort out the mental stuff.
