Meet up with Auntie and Truckie at Rowers. We cruised around the Bay with a lot of chatting. We finished just after 6.15 and I started to head home then I thought as I did not have to be at Court until 9.30 I had a bit of time and so being a bit naughty I went around the Bay and canal again but my longer version with some hills and along the canal. All up a steady 19k morning.
