I am not going to have day by day updates of progess but I thought this was significant or at least it is to me.
On Sunday I ran my 13.5k loop twice in 2.29. Today I ran it again and was down to 2.21. I ran this double loop a lot in early December and was consistant at 2.17's. I maybe close to those times but I do not have the endurance to continue after that distance. But with time ....

Good one Ray. Lets hope you still have a strong Canberra in your legs.
You're amazing Eagle. I can't believe you can come back so quickly. Really enjoyed our run together last Friday.
Wow. You are incredible Ray. Such a quick recovery. Looking forward to catching up with you soon. Maybe at Canberra?
Great stuff Ray. Can't wait to see what times you clock for the loops in another 7 days.
Now that's what I like to hear, Ray. Time heals everything.
27k already! That's an amazingly quick recovery. The pace will come. I hope Canberra is a goer.
Significant indeed! Like everyone else I think that the rate of recovery is amazing.
Before you die Eagle you should leave your body to science they might be able to find something to help the "normal" runners of this world ;)
