Inspiration for Sunday's Marathon
Monday 20th :
No run
Tuesday 21st :
Easy run a around LKL and some stretching which felt so so good
Wednesday 22nd :
Did 3 x 5k with no break : 26.07 + 25.39 + 24.47. A good solid session wedged in between recovery and taper.
