The same run as Tuesday. Very similar times as well and that is pleasing considering the heavy week of running so far. Over 90k's since Monday and the body is holding up well. I should get to 150k all quality running for the week which was the main aim. The build up for Glasshouse is progressing just fine.

Good to see you are firing on all cylinders and all is on track for GH.
I've been running around the bay but haven't spotted you, then again I've been making the most of being on hols and kind of sleeping in :-)
I'm in Sydney until after Melboourne Marathon so hopefully catch up soon. It would be great to join you for a run though I think the only ones I could keep up with you on are your recovery runs.
If anyone can d0 the 100 Miler at GH it would have to be you Eagle. Your sheer guts and determination put you at a great advantage.
Tesso, Eagle doesn't do recovery runs. Well, I guess you could keep up on his 5:00/km runs.
150km is a big week Ray. I hope it continues to go well, up to and beyond GH.
I think that what a young guy at the gym said to me this week applies here: "Gee, you're a fit bugger!" (NB...he didn't use 'old' before 'bugger!!)
