Hill - 31.28: LKL - 64.48: Hill - 28.48

Just wanted to continue to turn the legs over with a firm pace at he hard end of aerobic. I wanted to stress the legs out to start with and then have 13k at 5 minutes pace and then do the hills again on the even more stressed legs. Was pleased to finish with a lot of power over the whole of the hills loop.
