I was asked to join JD, Tesso and Karin for a cruise around the Bay and chat. It was a pleasant morning and we ran at a pleasant pace that allowed a lot of chatting and was just so so pleasant. By the time I had run to meet them, did a very much longer version of the Bay run and then back home it was a good solid 26k or so for me.
I will not run Friday as the taper for Sunday. I suspect I will run the CR challenge on Saturday as well but sloooowly.
