Nothing like starting with a full on session to start the week. I felt like I was struggling on each lap but they DID get quicker. A much tougher session than I thought. No wonder Lydiard would only incorporate this training after a solid base had been built.

The same pattern when doing 4 loops would be a good goal.
A friend who ran GH earlier in the year said the main problem was the roughness of some of the trails (made it difficult to run at a steady pace). Not sure if they use the same trails. Probably heaps of info on CR anyway.
