Bridges Run (B1) : 22k : 1.51.23

With just 4 hours sleep was out at 6.00am. I thought the lack of sleep would be a problem and it felt like that at the start bit once warmed up it was okay.

Ran this on Thursday in 1.54.56. I wanted this to be steady to the 65 minute spot and then hammered home. Managed that and most of the gain was in the last 5k which has a lot of hills. Couldn't be happier with the training times this week. I expect to repeat this week program next week then an easier week after that.
