I have tapered a bit for this marathon - more than usual. Wednesday and Friday off but ran a firm 14k this morning. Firm being 4.45 per k. As I have said I have not gone under 4 hours for this challenging course but I do hope/expect that it will happen. Why? No reason it just something to make the run and a personal challenge for maybe the last marathon of the year.
Maybe one more marathons late in December depending on various factors .... But perhaps more of that later. Actually looking forward to running this one as hard as I can. It will be interesting to see the result.
