Just could not get going this morning as it was light depressing drizzle but not cold. Felt heavy and slow. I just clunked along for the whole morning. I though I would feel light and quick.
Also happy 60th Birthday for today.
Nothing special happening just the usual Monday night Pilate's class with my wife and daughter. Sounds boring but when you are 60 you have to do everthing and anything you can to stay healthy. There was a family meal on last Saturday night and will have another meal with friends next Sunday.
