A steady Recovery run of 19k or so @5.25.
A very steady week of about 130k where I did not feel there was any improvement but I just have to be patient and believe that the steady run and solid distances will eventually have an effect but definitely not for GC. I still think about 3.40 finish time is about right but I suspect I will push the fitness level beyond what it is and have ago at 3.30.
