Felt very good this morning. There was some heavy overnight rain but it had cleared pre dawn. There was a light refreshing breeze around the Bay which took the unpleasantness off the early humidity but caused considerable chop on the water and problems no doubt for the rowers. There were only a scattering of clouds as the orange sun rose over the city.
So much for the weather report - yes I did run 2 laps because ... well it just so nice to be out and enjoying a steady pace.
Laps of 38.19 + 34.32 - how quickly some reasonable pace comes back and the effort was just getting near max of comfortable.
