Should have stayed in bed! My time for this run has been under 60 minutes more often than not over the last 3 months - 8 times - today pushed hard for 62:47 - nearly 3 minutes slower than my best run 4 weeks ago. The added 2 x 4k repeats - thought I could manage them in 4:00 pace but blew out to 17:00 for each. A very tiring morning for what felt like no benefit.
