Recovery week

I have spent most of the week in Brisbane working. Because of travel I only ran Wednesday and Thursday around Southbank. I arrived in Sydney very late last night and then had some very early meetings at work so I was okay with not running this morning.

However I will be back into running over the weekend and next week in the lead up to the North Face 100k. I am running with some buddies and we have agreed to stay together so the finish time will be that of the slowest but with a plan of comfortably under 20 hours. It should be fun.
