Missed a run on Wednesday due to a work commitment. I have been doing a massive amount of physio exercises for the Achilles each night and in the morning. I feel there has been a slight improvement but there is still a long way to go.
On Monday it was 5k @ 6.27mpk (minutes per k) and that seemed right on max. I wanted to go a little longer today and expected the pace would be no better. Without pushing it was significantly quicker. I need to remain at that pace for a week or so while I increase the distance.

Good to hear there's been some improvement Ray. If the marathon's in May next year, you'll have another month.
